Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed within 10–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (for Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items such as personal care products, clearance items, or customized products may not be eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
